A caviar whose taste is delicate and intense. Dark grey color eggs.

ASETRA

Of this type of sturgeon, the extracted caviar grain is superior to 2mm, with a taste that closely resembles that nut. The color of the grain is brown-gold.

BELUGA IMPERIAL

The grains of this caviar are between 2 and 3 mms with a delicate taste, deep and similar to walnut. It has an intensely golden color.

BELUGA 000

This caviar is a high class of belugas', with a fine and creamy taste. The egg size is 2.5 to 3 mm and its color is silver gray or dark gray.
